Recently during the sale of my home. The buyer asked that I have a plumbing contractor evaluate my sewer system. Without even putting a camera in the line he recommended I replaced the entire system starting at $9,000 to get to the sidewalk then it would have been time and materials to excavate to city main. Who knows what this would have ended up costing. I called Bob, he did the inspection, gave me a dvd and summery of what he found. I gave that to the buyer and we closed on the property. Thank you Bob
